Over the past few months I have been working on making a set of lithographs based on my drawings of The Metal Mariners boat building project in Sligo. The prints have been made from a selection of the hundreds of drawings I have made so far. They have been chosen to convey the energy and creativity of the workshop, as well as the visual richness of the interlocking shapes of the boats. The prints illustrated here on the blog are proofs and the editions, which will be quite large, will be launched later in 2019.
